An Italian Adventure // October 2021

We spent an incredible four days in beautiful Pescara, Italy. There were five of us travelling from the piccolo class in Antwerp for the semifinals/finals of the International Gazzelloni Piccolo Competition.

Pieces included Il Pleut, Il Pleut Bergere, by Genin, and the fun-yet-tricky-to-play Embraceable Lenny, by Cavicchi. To be awarded first prize was extremely special, I'm very thankful.
